I’m Ken Ntiamoa, the proud owner of Lifeline Financial.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I was born in Ghana but completed my education at the University of Guelph and York University.
I have always been passionate about helping people resolve their problems, and this passion eventually led me to the mortgage sector.
After working as an Operations Manager for a large manufacturing company in the GTA, I switched careers and became a mortgage broker. I have now been in the mortgage business for almost thirty years. I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients secure affordable mortgage financing for their real estate investments. I also assist clients in improving their credit rating which in turn helps them obtain loans and mortgages with better interest rates.
I have no fixed working hours and work as long as it is necessary to close a mortgage transaction in time as most mortgages are time-sensitive.
As a mortgage broker, I am responsible for securing the most suitable mortgage product for the specific needs and circumstances of a borrower. I am also liable to the lender in making sure that I give him a good client, and that I try to ensure fraudulent free mortgage applications.
The most vital decision I have to make is to decide whether or not I can truthfully represent a client in a mortgage transaction – that is, if there is no conflict of interest, no fraud, and if the mortgage is a good fit.
While the most enjoyable part of my work is the satisfaction I get from being able to help somebody buy their dream home, one of the most satisfying moments in my business life was when I was able to help a client avoid foreclosure on his home.
I attribute my life and success to my parents and especially my grandmother, who helped raise me to be who I am. My people skills, negotiation skills, and attention to detail have also played a key role in my success. Pierre Trudeau, a former Prime Minister of Canada, has had a tremendous influence on me and my path to success.
When I am not at work, I am a huge soccer enthusiast, love good conversation, and meeting my friends and business associates. I am also passionate about helping the less fortunate, which is why I give donations to charitable organizations on a regular basis.
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty, integrity, confidence, diligence, and hard work.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
If you or someone you know could benefit from our expertise in mortgage services, debt consolidation, credit repair, or bankruptcy advice, I invite you to get in touch.
Sincerely,
Ken Ntiamoa
